Jim’s journey is also one of giving back. As an adjunct instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College, he has guided over 2,700 students through real estate principles and practices, equipping the next generation of professionals with the tools to succeed. His dedication to education reflects his belief in empowering others—whether they’re students, clients, or colleagues.

When Jim isn’t guiding families through life’s transitions, you’ll find him exploring the natural beauty of Sonoma County—from its vineyards to its coastline—often at the helm of a boat, savoring the peace and tranquility of the water.
For Jim, real estate is more than a career; it’s a calling to serve, to listen, and to lead with heart. Whether you’re selling a family home, managing a trust, or simply seeking advice, Jim is here to help you navigate the journey with understanding, care, and expertise.
